Delivery
Everything is made to order, just for you. We print your piece in 1–3 days, then it’s on its way to you, so please allow a little longer than a high-street order.
| Delivery | Time | First item | Each extra item |

| UK: hoodies and sweatshirts | 7–13 days after printing | £4.99 | £3.55 |
| UK: tees | 7–13 days after printing | £3.05 | £1.25 |

Happy returns
Not quite right? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Email us first at hello@bigboldhappiness.co with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without getting in touch first may not be accepted.
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service.
- We refund to your original payment method once your return arrives. If you send back your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we refund the standard delivery charge too.
Want a different size? Every piece is printed to order, so we can’t swap it directly. Send the original back for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, misprinted or damaged?
Sorry about that. Email us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, including postage. You won’t need to send it back unless we ask.
Parcel not arrived?
If your order hasn’t turned up within 7 days of its estimated delivery date, let us know. We’ll chase it with the courier and put it right.
Need to cancel?
Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund you in full before your piece goes to print. Once it’s printed, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.
