Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
Everything’s made to order, just for you. We print your piece in 1–3 days, then UK delivery usually takes another 7–13 days. So it’s a little slower than the high street, but nothing gets made that nobody wants.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £4.99 for a hoodie or sweatshirt (then £3.55 for each extra one) and £3.05 for a tee (then £1.25 for each extra one). It’s free on orders over £50. You’ll always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. The full breakdown is on our Delivery & Returns page.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not just yet, sorry! We’re UK only for now while we find our feet. Want to know when that changes? Join our mailing list at the bottom of the page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as you can. We can cancel and refund you in full before your piece goes to print. Once it’s printed, you can still send it back within 30 days of delivery.
My parcel hasn’t turned up. What now?
If it’s more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date, let us know with your order number. We’ll chase it with the courier and put it right.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely, our messages make brilliant gifts. Just pop the lucky person’s name and address in as the delivery address at checkout.
Sizing and fit
What size should I go for?
Our fits are relaxed and boxy. Go for your usual size for that laid-back look, or size down if you like things a bit closer. Every product page has a size guide with the exact measurements, and there’s an overview on our Size Guide page.
It doesn’t fit. Can I swap it?
Because everything’s printed to order, we can’t swap sizes directly. Instead, send the original back within 30 days for a refund and place a new order in the right size.
Returns and problems
Can I return something?
Yes. Send unworn, unwashed items back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first and we’ll send you the return address. Return postage is on you, unless the item’s faulty. All the details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
My order arrived damaged or misprinted
Sorry about that! Email us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, postage included, and you won’t need to send it back unless we ask.
The clothes
What are they made of?
Our hoodies are a cosy, heavyweight cotton and polyester fleece, and our tees are cotton. You’ll find the exact fabric for each piece under Details on its product page.
How do I look after it?
Wash at 30°C, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Give the tumble dryer a miss when you can, and never iron straight onto the print. Treat it nicely and it’ll keep saying kind things for years.
What does the number on each design mean?
Each message in our Signature Collection is numbered, No 1 to No 8. It’s our way of making them feel like a set, so you can collect your favourites.
Is it sustainable?
We’re honest about this one: we’re not perfect, but nothing’s made until it’s ordered, and we’re always looking for greener ways to work. Read the full story on our Sustainability page.
